We live our values.

The principles that we fight for in society, we also live by in our agency.

In our agency, all employees have the right to participate equally in the development of the company. We therefore work without traditional hierarchies and make all important decisions together.
Our entire team receives the same basic wage, and our model of a needs-based wage ensures that all employees, regardless of age, background, education and function, can live on their wages without worry.
We put our money where our mouth is. Our profits do not flow into the pockets of investors and owners, but we reinvest them to further develop our agency and its mission.
Our ideals are not for sale. That is why we are completely independent as an agency, without any dependence on an agency network or a parent company. And it will stay that way. We promise.
